Lexile Scores for JourneyForth Books

Here's how it works. A parent or teacher can learn a child's Lexile Reader Measure from standardized test results such as those offered by the BJU Press Testing & Evaluation. The level of the text should range from 50 points above the child's score to 100 points below. Sometimes additional codes may be included like "AD" which means the material should be read to your child or with your child. For example: If your child has a reader measure of 720L, he or she should select reading material with a Lexile Measure of 620L to 770L.
