Spanish 2 (2nd ed.) teaches students to communicate comfortably at a beginning-intermediate level with Spanish-speaking people in a variety of settings: a store, a bank, an airport, a hotel, a doctor's office, an auto shop, and on the mission field. Grammar, pronunciation, writing, listening, verb tenses, and moods are explained through a variety of exercises and Spanish dialogues.

Need UpdateSome of the quizzes add words that are not in the section and are in future sections. This frustrates students.
The Spanish 2 curriculum itself is very weak on providing enough exercise and ancillary materials for students in my opinion. The tests and quizzes do do a good job, however, at testing the material covered with the exception of the aforementioned word additions.

The Spanish 2 AM TE is a Biblically sound resource to use while teaching the beautiful language of the Spanish speaking world. In our Homeschool environment, we aspire to have a settled, professional, Christ-centered, and academically challenging atmosphere. BJU Press has been our choice for the journey as we enjoy the freedom and responsibility of homeschooling our children.
(*Years ago we had a family member in the home while our older children were still being homeschooled. We were using LINC at the time. This family member had learned Spanish in a state school and had studied abroad in Argentina. When they heard Mr. Cancino teaching the various pronunciations of the consonants and vowels, and how they vary region to region, this family member commented how it would have saved them much trouble understanding the language while they were in Argentina, if they had learned from an instructor like Mr. C.)
Thank you for the tools that have enabled us to prepare our children for a life-long journey of serving Christ as well-prepared ambassadors for His Service.

Not enough practice worksheetsThis workbook does not afford enough practice sheets in my view. It needs to also have website links for reference to other sites that have good, reliable videos and powerpoints that cover the material thoroughly.
