French 3 reviews and builds on the grammar and vocabulary taught in French 2 to enhance conversational, reading, listening, and writing skills. Students study compound verb tenses and the subjunctive and passive moods. They focus on French history, geography, industry, daily life, fine arts, and famous scientists. French 3 incorporates all four language skills: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. The instructor presents material primarily in French.
