The goals of Math 6 are two-fold: For students to understand math so that they can become problem solvers, and for them to develop a Christian worldview. A variety of methods, ranging from concrete manipulatives to interactive questions to problem-solving skill development, are employed toward this goal. Mr. Matesevac wants students to understand and enjoy math, to develop critical thinking skills, and to be well-prepared for higher-level math.

Mr. Ken Matesevac has a BS in Mathematics Education as well as an MS in Educational Leadership. He has taught and tutored students in various levels of math. With the Lord’s help, he desires that the students will be successful in Math 6 and in other Distance Learning courses.
