Rated 3 out of 5Â by Lucas The Key to an Above Average Curriculum
I've been teaching Bible/Sunday School Curriculum to teens for the last 7 years. The one thing I think BJPress should consider adding to their curriculum to make it better than just average are things like powerpoint and other technological extras. Being able to access a powerpoint with maps while teaching through the book of Acts, for example, would enhance this curriculum so much more.
Also, the Lesson Exercises at times are juvenile and seem more like busy work than actually reinforcing the overall theme of the lesson (again this isn't true for EVERY lesson but happens too much).
Lastly, covering the book of Galatians in 3 Lessons is simply too cumbersome. It may be more advantageous to combine some of the smaller lessons in Acts (Unit 3D seemed pretty weak), to give more opportunity to spend some more time in such a vital book like Galatians.
