Look inside this book
Your elementary students can maintain and extend academic skills over the summer or anytime with our Vacation Stations activity books. Just two pages a day provide review in math, language, and reading. Do you know that a polar bear actually has black skin? Rising fifth graders will learn about the North and South Poles and Alaska as they review multiplication and division of two- and three-digit numbers, decimals, and fractions. Sentence structure and parts of speech are reviewed. Two reading selections and composition and proofreading activities are included in each week.

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Vacation Station I have used this series for all 4 of my children, the oldest now being a junior in high school. The material is excellent, covering a little of both literature and math everyday. It does not take long and is a great tool to keep things fresh over the summer. Highly recommend all of the workbooks in this series! August 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Good Balance As a teacher, I had been consistently unimpressed with the quality and scope of other supplemental learning materials reviewed. The Vacation Stations booklet my son completed was outstanding! He enjoyed the materials because they were the perfect balance between reviewing what he had already learned and preparing him for the next step in his learning process. August 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great resource! This book is a great resource for kids of this age. It's just the right amount of work each day to keep kids sharp and ready for the new year! July 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good review Good review of past material. Could have started with more advanced math sections but over all it was right on target for a summer review product. I would certainly purchase this series again. June 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Summer School I have used this for a couple of years and will use it, again. this summer. I have 3 children and I'm buying a 4th book for my grandchild. The two open pages are divided into one day's lesson with 4 parts. The end of the week's lesson gives fun things (like crossword puzzles), to review what they've learned. Since there are short assignments, there is no problem with it being "summer school." We just include it in the morning chores! May 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by First time user My son thinks this is easy to use and understand. Likes it so far. Again, (this is my second review) the instructions are easy to follow. Work is done in 15mins or less so play time is not really affected. June 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good material, but not much of it. Overall I am pleased with the material, but for the price it's a terribly thin book. Other publishers provide just as good material for the same price with double the pages. Also disappointed that there's not as much Bible integration as other BJU curricula. April 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Summer Brain Drain Prevention Enjoy these books immensely to help keep my kids on track over the summer months. Easily portable and not time consuming. Enough daily material to keep them thinking but not too much to distract from summer fun as well. April 3, 2013
