Stanford Tests—Grade 6

BJU Press is now offering Stanford 10 paper/pencil with Pearson's scoring services. Please read Test Details carefully to see how this will affect your testing experience before ordering. Contact BJU Press at testing@bjupress.com to get your account set up to administer tests.

Available year-round for grades K–12, the Stanford 10 is nationally standardized and meets most state requirements. (Check state requirements before ordering.) The achievement test is untimed and in full color.

Test Details

Results Timeline: Approximately 6–8 weeks after materials arrive back at BJU Press. Please be aware that third-party scoring may cause delays beyond BJU Press’s control. Rush processing for faster results is not available with Stanford paper/pencil due to the nature of out-of-house scoring.

If you need faster results, scores for Iowa Assessments paper/pencil are typically available in 2–4 weeks, and testing results for Iowa Assessments Online will continue to be available in just 2 business days.

Note that scoring is now included with write-in student booklets (K–3) and answer documents (Grades 4–12). If you still have answer documents purchased before this change, call 800.845.5731 about placing a Stanford scoring-only order, or email testing@bjupress.com.

We cannot offer scoring for write-in two-part achievement test booklets for Grades 3 and below.

Schools must enter student information before materials can ship. This will create a Student ID for each student. Testing & Evaluation will send a list of these IDs with materials, and schools will need to bubble the Student ID on each student's answer document.

In order to have IDs for all students, if your school will be ordering scoring-only for any students, you will need to order this when ordering materials.

Restrictions

Stanford 10/OLSAT® 8 tests have restrictions (embargoes) in certain states (areas subject to change).

OLSAT

The Otis-Lennon School Ability Test® (OLSAT®) is an hour-long abilities test available year-round for grades 2–12. This test, which assesses developed reasoning and problem-solving abilities, is offered only in combination with a Stanford Achievement Test. It provides separate scores for both verbal and nonverbal reasoning/learning abilities.
