How do I find my account number?

Your BJU Press account number can be found:

  • On your account home page after logging in to your account
  • On packing slips from previous shipments
  • On invoices
  • On mailing labels - If you have received a mailing (catalog or brochure) from BJU Press, your account number is on the first line. Be sure to drop any initial zeros and any letters or dashes after the number.


What if I forgot my password?

Your password can be automatically reset in one of three ways:

If you have already registered with us on the sign in page click the link I forgot my password, and enter your email address to have a temporary password emailed to you. Please make sure that is in your trusted contacts in your email box.

You can also contact Customer Services by phone or email, and a representative will reset your password. You will receive an email with a new password. Please make sure that is in your trusted contacts in your email box.


What if my password or user ID does not work?

There are a couple of things you can try first:

  • The login system is case sensitive. Be sure your caps lock key is off.
  • Be sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end or embedded within your login id or password.
  • If you received an email with a temporary password, try copying and pasting the information from the email.
  • If you cannot log in after trying these steps, please email or call Customer Service for additional assistance.


Why am I getting a STOP sign when I try to create an account, and what should I do?

This is telling you that the system found an account already set up that appears to have the same address information that you used to register. This is for your protection and to help BJU Press maintain a single account for each customer so that his or her order history is readily available. To correct the problem, you have two options:

Option 1 (recommended) Accept the warning and, when prompted, choose the one account that properly matches your personal information.

Option 2: Ignore the warning and continue with your order. BJU Press will review the information on both accounts and if in fact they are complete duplicates, they will merge the information you entered to the original account. Your user ID and password will remain the same.

How do I order a free catalog?

You can order a catalog online by clicking Get a Free Catalog at the bottom of the homepage. You will be required to login to your account to complete your order.

You can see a full list of catalogs under Curriculum Products, Teaching Aids and Resources, Catalogs and Order Forms. From that page, you can also download a pdf of any of our catalogs or order forms.


Can I check my Cash for College balance online?

Yes, you can. You have to be logged in to see the balance. If you are logged in right now, click Your Account at the top of this page and your balance will be listed.


How do you protect my privacy?

How do I get the discounted prices I was offered?

If you were offered a special or discounted price that is not listed on, you must contact Customer Services to secure the discount. If you have a coupon you must mail it to Customer Service to be applied to an order.


What is your returns policy?

Books and materials purchased must be returned by the original purchaser, following these guidelines.


What methods of payment do you accept?

BJU Press accepts personal checks, Money Orders, as well as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards.


How can I view a Scope & Sequence online?

How long should it take for a catalog to arrive?

Your catalog will be mailed via USPS and will take approximately

7-10 days to arrive in U.S. locations
2-3 weeks to Canada
4-6 weeks to foreign countries


How long does it take for delivery of an order?

Delivery time is based on your location and your selected shipping method. For standard shipping please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order. Please see the shipping chart below for further information.


How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. All items will be shipped UPS Ground Residential. For orders outside this area or expedited shipping charges, please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping calculations are available at the shipping step.


What shipping methods do you use?

UPS is our primary carrier; however, other carriers are used as well.


What are your claim policies?

Any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt of the materials and should be returned within 30 days after notifying BJU Press. How do I track my order?

You will need to log in to the website in order to view or track orders online. If you are logged in right now, click the My Account. Under Your Order Status, click View My Orders. Select an order’s status, or select an order number to view your order and click the Track Your Order link in the order. To track your packages click the tracking number for each box.
