Thanksgiving Printables

Keep little hands busy during Thanksgiving break with activities you can print at home. Enjoy!

Placemat | Name Cards | Pilgrim Hat | Bonnet

Placemat Printable

Instructions:

  1. Print out sheets 1 and 2. Tip: Use the “print to size” setting in your printing options to print one sheet per page.
  2. Trim the white edges.
  3. Align the two halves of the placemat.
  4. Tape halves together on the blank side.

 

Name Card Printable

Instructions:

  1. Print out number of sheets needed. (Six name cards print per sheet.) Tip: Use the print to size setting in your printing options to print one sheet per page.
  2. Trim the white edges.
  3. Cut along the dotted lines and fold sheets in half.
  4. Write the name of each dinner guest in the white space on each card.

Pilgrim Hat Printable

You will need:

  • 1 yard of ribbon (1-2 inches wide)

Instructions:

  1. Print out sheets 1-3 for each hat. Tip: Use the print to size setting in your printing options to fit the entire sheet on one page.
  2. Cut along the dotted lines.
  3. Align sheets and tape together where specified.
  4. Decorate your hat.
  5. Fold at gray line.
  6. Tape down the edge to make a pocket.
  7. Thread a ribbon through the pocket.
  8. Position hat on child’s head and secure with ribbon.

Bonnet Printable

You will need:

  • Hole punch
  • Yarn or string
  • 1 yard of ribbon (1-2 inches wide)

Instructions:

  1. Print all three sheets.
  2. Fold from gray line to dotted line.
  3. Tape down the edge to make a pocket.
  4. Repeat these steps on the next two sheets.
  5. Lay all three sheets in a row with their long (folded) edges touching.
  6. Secure the seams with tape.
  7. Punch out the black circles with a hole punch.
  8. Tie together holes 2 to 3 and 4 to 5 with yarn or string.
  9. Decorate bonnet.
  10. Tie holes 1 and 6 together.
  11. Thread ribbon through pocket.
  12. Position bonnet on child’s head and secure with ribbon.
