Our DVD packages and pricing include the DVDs as well as your purchase of all the materials our teachers require you to have. You will also receive a printed Guide and Student Handouts Packet that contain all the teacher support materials and answer keys needed for the course. A list of items included in each package can be found in the Homeschool Catalog.

Length of video lessons will vary from grade to grade. K4 will spend an average of 1 hour in lessons. K5 will spend an average of 2 hours in video lessons. Grades 1–6 will spend 2 ½ to 3 hours in video lessons. Grades 7–12 will spend 3 to 3 ½ hours in video lessons. Individual videos can be between 10 minutes and 1 hour long.

DVD courses that ship between February 1–May 31 will have 20 months to complete the course and return the DVDs. Courses that ship after June 1 will have 16 months to complete the course and return the DVDs.

Video Course DVDs may be purchased in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Australia. If you live in a country that has not been listed and are not a missionary or military family, you must be a member of the Academy of Home Education to order the DVDs. Yes, we allow you to make up to two substitutions per grade-level package. Substitutions can be made up or down 2 levels. For example, a student in third grade could use second-grade math and fourth-grade reading.

Yes, subjects in Grades K5–12 may be ordered individually. Some restrictions apply.

In addition to the cost of the order, you will also be charged applicable tax as well as shipping and handling.

Yes, a payment plan is available for an additional one-time fee of $50 on merchandise orders over $350.00. A down payment of 15% of the order total will be paid at the time of purchase, and the balance of 85% will be deducted from your account over the next nine months. Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our DVD packages, you may return them within 30 days from original shipping date of the DVDs for a refund, minus shipping and handling and the cost of any materials no longer in salable condition. You must first obtain an RMA and instructions by calling 800.845.5731.

You will need a DVD-R player to play DVDs. While our DVDs play in many other types of players, they are guaranteed to work only in players that support the -R format.
